BPMS, the CASE construction equipment dealer based in Otterbourne near Winchester, has just been named the winner of the groups ‘Pinnacle Achievement’ Award, beating 360 other CASE dealers from right across its EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region.
Awarded to the dealership that met the highest standards across all aspects of service, parts, sales, marketing, training and operations in 2015, BPMS narrowly missed out on the ‘Advanced’ award category which is bestowed on the dealer that achieves in excess of 5% market share across the region.
“We’ve a team of over 20 dedicated individuals here at BPMS that certainly punch way above their weight and have over 40 years of experience in delivering all aspects of the business across Southern England,” stated Claire Smith, one of the owners and Commercial Director at BPMS who joined the business less than four years ago. “We are all extremely proud because receiving the Pinnacle Achievement Award was a group effort and it was fantastic to have beaten so many other large and long established businesses. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and it is this approach that has resulted in us in being recognised as a top CASE dealership.”
